I've been a customer of Global Bank International for many years with a loan product account. On January 20, 2025, I noticed couldn't access my account on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Clementine K. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Global Bank International will address this issue by replace the defective product.

After my initial complaint, Global Bank International contacted me to troubleshoot the smartphone. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
