I've been a customer of ProsperityInvest Kuching for many years with a financial planning package account. On January 28, 2025, I noticed was damaged upon delivery on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Polly T. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope ProsperityInvest Kuching will address this issue by implement better quality control.
