Unauthorized charges from ProsperityInvest Kuching
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of ProsperityInvest Kuching for many years with a investment portfolio account. On December 25, 2024, I noticed couldn't access my account on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Domenick M. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope ProsperityInvest Kuching will address this issue by extend my warranty period.
