I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from Elite Accommodations Getaways Zaragoza. After paying $886.15 for item, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Deondre M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Elite Accommodations Getaways Zaragoza to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.

May 08, 2025 05:57Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $100.84 refund only covers part of what I paid for the technical support package, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
