I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Rachelle H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect United-Works to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, United-Works has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium account.
