I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from United-Works. After paying $137.52 for service plan, I found that it encountered rude staff. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Rachelle H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect United-Works to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.
