Luxury Lodge Enterprises refused to address was promised features that don't exist

I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Lodge Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered warranty package (order #ORD-5400-VUA-4655) on February 24, 2025, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Luxury Lodge Enterprises resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.
