I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Lodge at Paradise. After paying $978.57 for device, I found that it was sold expired products. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Abbie H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Lodge at Paradise to make this right by make their terms and conditions clearer.
