Lodge at Paradise provided defective service plan

I have been a loyal customer of Lodge at Paradise for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-0619-YEA-4262) on January 23, 2025, and have encountered had allergic reaction not warned about. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Lodge at Paradise to make this right by adjust my account balance.
