I am writing regarding order #ORD-3273-QNO-2532 placed with Lodge at Paradise on December 13, 2024. I paid $344.11 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hulda L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Lodge at Paradise to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.
