Incorrect credit reporting by Royal Cash Brokers
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of Royal Cash Brokers for many years with a financial planning package account. On March 10, 2025, I noticed was transferred multiple times without resolution on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Meggie T. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am asking Royal Cash Brokers to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.
