I've been a customer of Royal Cash Brokers for many years with a mortgage product account. On December 4, 2024, I noticed received poor customer service on my statement. When I contacted customer service, German G. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Royal Cash Brokers to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $53.64 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
