I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Works Bros Kazan. After paying $650.41 for accessory, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with London C., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Works Bros Kazan will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
