I purchased a service plan from Escape at Golden on March 15, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tess B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Escape at Golden to train their staff to be more professional.
