I purchased a item from Escape at Golden on April 23, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had allergic reaction not warned about. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Greyson S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Escape at Golden fix their misleading advertising as soon as possible.
