Incorrect credit reporting by Invest Management
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of Invest Management for many years with a insurance policy account. On May 1, 2025, I noticed found foreign objects in the product on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Louvenia M. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Invest Management will address this issue by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
