I purchased a unit from Prime Industries Inc on April 15, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosanna B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Prime Industries Inc to implement better quality control.
