I purchased a unit from Prime Industries Inc on April 15, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosanna B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Prime Industries Inc to implement better quality control.

After my initial complaint, Prime Industries Inc contacted me to troubleshoot the laptop. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
