Account problems with Quality Craft

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5004-SJH-8863 placed with Quality Craft on December 30, 2024. I paid $296.38 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clare S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Quality Craft will address this issue by replace the defective product.
