I applied for a financial planning with Global Cash Trust Shenyang LLC on March 25, 2025 and was assured by Zelda H. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after experienced frequent disconnections, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I would like Global Cash Trust Shenyang LLC to issue a formal apology.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Global Cash Trust Shenyang LLC still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their technical support package.
