I purchased a service plan from Modern Craft & Sons on December 7, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Emiliano L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Modern Craft & Sons to make this right by honor the warranty.
