I have been a loyal customer of Metal Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered warranty package (order #ORD-0590-WZK-1856) on January 27, 2025, and have encountered received a damaged replacement item. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Metal Group to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Metal Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
