Unsatisfactory resolution from Metal Group
Complaint Details
On May 2, 2025, I signed up for Metal Group's delivery service at their New Claudemouth, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $834.03, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gregorio W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Metal Group to make their terms and conditions clearer.
