I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Metal Group. After paying $360.85 for service plan, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Asha H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Metal Group to take responsibility and cancel my account without penalty.

May 11, 2025 05:37Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $481.55 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
