Golden Residence failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Golden Residence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-5123-EJX-6354) on April 16, 2025, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Golden Residence will address this issue by expedite the delivery of my order.
