Disappointed with Golden Residence maintenance plan

I want to report a serious concern with Golden Residence's unit that I purchased on December 15, 2024 from your West Laury, Missouri store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tara H., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Golden Residence train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.
