ATM malfunction at Trust of First resulted in lost funds

I've been a customer of Trust of First for many years with a checking account account. On April 27, 2025, I noticed was charged incorrectly on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Randall G. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I would like Trust of First to replace the defective product.
