Complaint Details

I've been a customer of Trust of First for many years with a retirement account account. On December 5, 2024, I noticed is not compatible as claimed on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Perry D. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Trust of First to take responsibility and remove the unauthorized charges.

I've received an email from Taylor Martinez at Trust of First offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The laptop was clearly defective from the start.
