Complaint Details

On December 26, 2024, I signed up for Works Inc's return policy at their Nolaburgh, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $527.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Idell G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Works Inc to make this right by replace the defective product.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Works Inc called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
