Overcharged by Works Inc for membership program

On December 26, 2024, I signed up for Works Inc's return policy at their Nolaburgh, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $527.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Idell G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Works Inc to make this right by replace the defective product.
