Complaint Details

On May 16, 2025, I signed up for Works Inc's subscription service at their New Darylberg, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $212.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cleo S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Works Inc to make this right by honor the warranty.

I'm updating my complaint because Works Inc finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the wireless speaker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
