Credit card dispute with Pinnacle & Services Ltd.
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of Pinnacle & Services Ltd. for many years with a insurance policy account. On February 18, 2025, I noticed discovered data privacy issues on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Phoebe M. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I would like Pinnacle & Services Ltd. to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
