I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $25.74 on my Sovereign Securities Partners Inc. account on January 23, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Kasey C. who opened case #ORD-8507-JPO-3286. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I would like Sovereign Securities Partners Inc. to improve their customer service training.

I want to acknowledge that Sovereign Securities Partners Inc. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $378.59 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $378.59 for a gaming console that never worked properly.
