I applied for a financial planning with Sovereign Securities Partners Inc. on May 5, 2025 and was assured by Madisyn K. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after was transferred multiple times without resolution, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I am requesting that Sovereign Securities Partners Inc. remove the unauthorized charges as soon as possible.

May 19, 2025 06:06I want to acknowledge that Sovereign Securities Partners Inc. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $119.88 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $119.88 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
