Billing dispute with Elite Build Boston

On February 21, 2025, I signed up for Elite Build Boston's premium support at their Haleymouth, Montana location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $130.08, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Macy H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Elite Build Boston to take responsibility and fix the security vulnerability.
