I am writing regarding order #ORD-4409-TXI-4241 placed with Elite Build Boston on February 15, 2025. I paid $959.5 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found foreign objects in the product. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Luisa B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Elite Build Boston to make this right by update their return policy.

I've received an email from Susan White at Elite Build Boston offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The tablet was clearly defective from the start.
