Warranty claim denied by Standard-Build Yokohama
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Standard-Build Yokohama for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-0817-LGD-3037) on May 12, 2025, and have encountered failed to receive confirmation. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Standard-Build Yokohama will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.

May 12, 2025 05:53I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Standard-Build Yokohama not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
