I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from Resort at Diamond Surat Thani. After paying $105.69 for system, I found that it received conflicting information from representatives. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Madeline M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Resort at Diamond Surat Thani fix their misleading advertising as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Resort at Diamond Surat Thani has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their priority service.
