I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from Resort at Diamond Surat Thani. After paying $356.48 for service plan, I found that it discovered hidden fees. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Wanda A., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Resort at Diamond Surat Thani will address this issue by honor the warranty.

May 04, 2025 05:38I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The dress shirt from Resort at Diamond Surat Thani not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
