I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Resort at Diamond Surat Thani. After paying $347.29 for warranty package, I found that it received the wrong item. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Hope B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Resort at Diamond Surat Thani will address this issue by waive the cancellation fees.
