Disappointed with Elite Escape membership program
Complaint Details
I purchased a item from Elite Escape on December 11, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was charged incorrectly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Clarissa G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Elite Escape adjust my account balance as soon as possible.

May 13, 2025 05:17Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $183.65 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
