I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from Precision-Design Holdings. After paying $521.7 for device, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sammy P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Precision-Design Holdings to make this right by fix the billing error.
