Materials Builders refused to address found foreign objects in the product

I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from Materials Builders. After paying $776.99 for subscription, I found that it was sold expired products. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Gaylord F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Materials Builders to make this right by provide the promised service.
