Overcharged by Materials Builders for installation service

I purchased a device from Materials Builders on December 6, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Serena W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Materials Builders will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.

May 01, 2025 05:49I've received an email from Barbara Walker at Materials Builders offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
