Poor customer service experience with Advanced Build & Sons Niigata
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Build & Sons Niigata's equipment that I purchased on February 4, 2025 from your New Audra, Colorado store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Russ S., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Advanced Build & Sons Niigata to take responsibility and stop their deceptive business practices.
