I purchased a accessory from Diamond Lodge on February 28, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Andre L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Diamond Lodge to make this right by make their terms and conditions clearer.
