I am writing regarding order #ORD-1324-GGG-8273 placed with Diamond Lodge on February 3, 2025. I paid $503.6 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jasen W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Diamond Lodge to fix the security vulnerability.

I'm updating my complaint because Diamond Lodge finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the winter coat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
