Account closure without notice by Trust Brokers
Complaint Details
I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $628.71 on my Trust Brokers account on April 26, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Harley H. who opened case #ORD-0394-RRH-2339. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am requesting that Trust Brokers train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.

May 07, 2025 05:21I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartphone from Trust Brokers not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
