Unauthorized charges from GlobalFinancial
Complaint Details
I applied for a retirement account with GlobalFinancial on February 5, 2025 and was assured by Destinee H. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after had allergic reaction not warned about, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I hope GlobalFinancial will address this issue by improve their customer service training.
