Complaint Details

I applied for a retirement account with GlobalFinancial on February 5, 2025 and was assured by Destinee H. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after had allergic reaction not warned about, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I hope GlobalFinancial will address this issue by improve their customer service training.

I'm updating my complaint because GlobalFinancial finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the router, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
