Complaint Details

I've been a customer of GlobalFinancial for many years with a investment portfolio account. On November 27, 2024, I noticed was charged incorrectly on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Leora A. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am requesting that GlobalFinancial provide a full refund as soon as possible.

I appreciate GlobalFinancial reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement router has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
