Disappointed with Fabrication & Manufacturing Group subscription service
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Fabrication & Manufacturing Group's package that I purchased on February 22, 2025 from your Okunevafurt, Maine store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jennyfer S., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Fabrication & Manufacturing Group to take responsibility and ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

May 15, 2025 05:18I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartwatch from Fabrication & Manufacturing Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
