Frustrated with Fabrication & Manufacturing Group's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Fabrication & Manufacturing Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2525-LWS-4961) on May 23, 2025, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Fabrication & Manufacturing Group fix the security vulnerability as soon as possible.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Fabrication & Manufacturing Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
