I want to report a serious concern with Fabrication & Manufacturing Group's equipment that I purchased on May 5, 2025 from your East Tommieberg, South Carolina store. The product has found security vulnerabilities despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eliezer L., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Fabrication & Manufacturing Group honor the warranty as soon as possible.
